Bellingen Chamber of Commerce

Next Wednesday 9th December Senator Michael Forshaw will be visiting Bellingen Shire to formally open the projects completed with the RCLIP funding (Regional and Local Community Infrastructure Program)

We are planning to visit Urunga, Bellingen and Dorrigo and would like to invite the Chamber of Commerce from each town to attend the relevant function. Please see the attached itinerary for details. Each function is quite short so it would be great if you were able to take a little time out at that time of day to attend, also gathering business owners or any residents would be greatly appreciated as we do not plan to extend a formal invitation to the public by way of advertising.

Dorrigo is planned to be the most formal opening with a light lunch served at the newly refurbished playground at the recreation reserve. I am in the process of inviting mothers groups and day carers to come along with the kids, it is hoped that Tom Kelly will be available to perform the official Welcome To Country (yet to be confirmed).
