With the support of Enterprise Connect, and backed by the HR Coach Research Institute we are pleased to provide webinars for 100 businesses, with a focus on manufacturing, creative industries, family business, regional, mining technology and clean energy in implementing the Human Resource Framework National Standard within workplaces across Australia.

Human resource structures vary for every business. How does it structure its activities, manage its competing priorities and link the strategy of the business to its people? Businesses will be exposed to the structure of the Human Resource Framework National Standard and how to implement it within their business.

The workshop will map the current people management activities to meet the requirements of the National Standard. For businesses with no formalised human resource structures, it provides a practical blue print method to implement in their business straight away to manage employees on a daily basis.

What Will Be the Outcomes?

•Review and map internal people management processes that exist today

•Evaluate the pressure points in staff management in the business

•Identify risks in staff management practice

•Map existing HR systems to the National Standard

•Create a HR Plan for the next 12 months

•Develop a HR Framework for their business to implement to manage both risk and innovation

All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the Human Resource Framework and a mapping guide to implement directly into their business.
