In conjunction with the Northern River Catchment Management Authority, Bellingen Library will be hosting the launch of the facsimile edition of an out-of-print book by surveyor Clement Hodgkinson – Australia, from Port Macquarie to Moreton Bay on Thursday 22nd October at 10.00am.

The book describes Hodgkinson’s early exploration of the northern rivers, and is highly relevant to the Bellingen area due to Hodgkinson’s crossing close to the present day site of the town.

Refreshments will be provided and all are welcome to come along.
