Chamber Vision Statements

The vision of the Bellingen Chamber of Commerce is to be a market leader in promoting sustainable business excellence and to provide a supportive environment for the Bellingen business community to grow and prosper.

The Chamber actively promotes sustainable business practice to all members and has a strong desire to support the youth of Bellingen in terms of facilities and employment opportunities.

The Chamber aims be recognised by other Chambers of Commerce and business organisations as a market leader in promoting business excellence and sustainability

Our Role is to…

• lobby Federal, State and Local government bodies on issues that affect the Bellingen business community
• support new and developing businesses to achieve success
• promote Bellingen as a viable location for new businesses
• develop and promote networking and promotional opportunities for all Bellingen businesses operators
• facilitate training opportunities for new and developing businesses to meet current and future challenges
• promote environmentally sustainable business practices and sustainable Shire development planning
